Dr. Amy Flom is from Port Washington, Wisconsin, where she started her career in a clinic as a
veterinary assistant and receptionist. She earned her DVM degree at the UW-Madison School of
Veterinary Medicine in 2011 & joined the ACVC team in 2013.
She is very passionate about quality health care for pets and feels pets are family and deserve the same
respect and care as any family member. She believes in a proactive approach to veterinary medicine
and believes preventive care should be tailored to each pet's individual needs.
She shares her home with her dogs "Koa" & Monty, her cat "Sophie", her chinchillas "Blue", Bernard" & "Bianca",
her rabbits "Augie" & "Buster" & many fish.
When Dr. Amy is not seeing patients, she enjoys gardening, hiking, kayaking and knitting.

Dr. Pam Buchli was born in Chippewa Falls, WI. She grew up exploring northern Wisconsin & for the past 15 years, has lived in the area. Prior to attending veterinary school, she received her Doctorate at Dartmouth Medical School where she did biochemical research. Dr. Pam completed veterinary school at the University of Wisconsin - Madison & has been practicing for over 20 years. Her husband Roger Fleming DVM in veterinary school & they have enjoyed living in different parts of the country including Vermont, Florida & Montana. She believes that pets are an important part of the family & strives to offer each one the best care possible. When not taking care of patients, you can find her mountain biking, cross-country skiing, hiking, kayaking & occasionally fly fishing. If it's raining out, knitting, baking & reading may occur as well.
Dr. Roger Fleming grew up in New York & moved to Sanibel, FL after completing college. Prior to veterinary school, he worked at Care of Rehabilitation of Wildlife (C.R.O.W.) on Sanibel Island. He graduated from the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. After practicing in Vermont, Florida & Montana, northern Wisconsin is once again his home. During his career he has owned two veterinary clinics w/ Dr. Buchli. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, mountain biking, fly fishing, kayaking & cross-country skiing.
