They got my cat in a short notice on an emergency basis due to an issue with his eye. The vet and staff treated our cat well--despite his unhappiness about being treated. I like that they have one entrance just for cats---it helps to keep their stress level down. The receptionist was also very nice and accommodating.

I love how patient and caring the staff is as well as upfront and honest about what is required, what’s optional along with what is recommended. Having Saturday options is also a bonus for me when juggling so many schedules.
