Dr. Joe visits third-world countries such as Haiti & Uganda, to educate veterinary agents & help them with several needed treatments for their animals. Dr. Joe, along w/ several other Veterinarians around the world, join forces to teach an assortment of procedures such as small & large animal restraint, vaccine & medication administration & even a variety of surgeries.
